Soul Portraits are portal-images. When I first started Soul Portraits years ago I had an impulse to rescue our dialog with the soul and give language to the intelligence and beauty that connects humanity beyond nations, religion, age, body type, language, constructs, beliefs. I had an insatiable desire to hear from the body stories that have been silenced and wanted to be transmuted. I wanted a safe and brave space where masks of the non-me could fall and our essential-me could come forth in light. I knew that nature (water, earth, air, fire) would be my #1 ally. My natural curiosities around myths and mysteries of the human soul would be the channel for this new language.
